Guess what I’m offering again!!!

Guess what I’m offering again!!!

There is so much activity flurrying in my life and I love it! You know what is said, “if you want something done, give it to a busy person.” Well, that’s me and I’m up for the challenge.   I have opened up my schedule to do readings again. I mostly do wellness, intuitive and life coaching… I LOVE what I do and realized that I am really missing my basic, mystical and helpful readings.   I missed my Tarot. I missed the readings open to anyone who really needs guidance in that way, and people who want to face the things in life holding them back.   Those tough emotions that we don’t want to face hold us back at times and my readings aren’t sugar-coated predictions. I’m different READ HERE to find out all about my approach!   If it resonates and you want to go a bit deeper, please realize that even though these are readings and different that my coaching sessions, I do bring all of me to them. That includes coaching. So if you’re thinking of going deeper with me, these readings are a great way for us to get to know each other. So, VISIT my IntuitiveKelly.com site and check it out. I invite you to grab a spot on my books, limited availability. Message me and let me know the kind of assistance you want.   XOXO,   Kelly    ...
Beauty styling, crystal healing, and spiritual balance

Beauty styling, crystal healing, and spiritual balance

Having your hair done is not just physical care and maintenance, it is also allowing someone to enter your crown chakra, the most sacred part of your body.  It is nothing to be taken lightly. If you don’t like going into salons and having your hair done perhaps you’re with the wrong stylist. I have heard many people say that they don’t like going into salons and having their hair done because they will have to look in the mirror.   Think about it, the mirror reflects back to you who you are on the outside. If what you see doesn’t reflect who you are on the inside, then there will be a disconnect and you won’t want to see yourself. In my coaching group and private classes we do some mirror work, facing ourselves, staring ourselves down. In long distance coaching we also have assignments that include mirror work. Connecting our inner selves with our outer expression is so important. Having a stylist who is conscious of that and offers more than just a cut and blow dry is a valuable find. Having a stylist who also addresses your energy body and offers coaching in not only beauty but other areas of your life is the ultimate in spiritual self care. Hair represents many things, it holds your DNA, it holds memories and imprints of events you’ve experienced. Having is cut is a cleansing step towards allowing new things into your life. Having your hair washed can be symbolic of cleansing away the cobwebs in your mind and clearing your connection to the divine. Combining the washing and...

How to be more interesting

What skills do you want to improve? There is always room for improvement, without it I become boring and no one cares because they experience the same things when they experience me. It’s the same with you. If you become predictable, eventually, people will not care and if they’re on your website or blog, they’ll click away. Don’t have a blog? Well, they just won’t care about connecting with you. Self improvement is so important. It feeds your soul and the souls of the people who come in contact with you.   What kind of things can you improve? Anything! I will share my current list, and maybe that will inspire you. Only you know what will enhance your personal life and experiences though, so I urge you to create a list. Make it a long list with lots of messy brainstorms, then you can edit and pare it down to the things that you want to improve in the next 6 months. That’s what I did. Here is my list of things that will enhance my life if I put some focus there, I don’t have to do them all at once, but just having it will remind me to constantly be improving myself.   1~ My coaching skills. My ability to walk with and assist others on their journeys. My ability to see their highest potential and hold the vision for them even when they don’t. It takes practice and focus. It also takes care and love. Relating to people and building rapport is something I ALWAYS want to have in my self-improvement list.   2~ My...
Would you like a tarot reading?

Would you like a tarot reading?

I absolutely LOVE the tarot!  It is an old and constant love of mine. I am a visual person, and I love art. The tarot has both visual beauty and artistic renditions of the meanings of the cards. Do you use tools? By tools, I mean outside things that help you access your inner intuition like Tarot cards or Oracle cards? Did you know how into the tarot I am? Did you know that it is a tool I used on a regular basis as I was learning to access my intuitive pool of wisdom? I used to start out with the tools, until I released them and connected directly with my intuition when working with clients or friends/family who needed help. However, I loved my tools, especially my Tarot cards. My work with clients evolved and soon I let go of the cards and pendulums and things like that. Did you know that I used to be a huge tarotista? I loved my cards and would always lead with them, they helped me access inner reserves and intuitive veins of wisdom. I miss them. Now I pull them out after I have been working with someone a while and we may be craving some interest or an outside source of information. When we want to consult the oracle about future possibilities. When we crave beauty (because the cards are beautiful.) I used to use the cards in my art, I would photograph them in different places and I would even create Haiku to go with each card. i used to do this daily.   I am not sure...
A few ways the Tarot lives in my soul

A few ways the Tarot lives in my soul

The tarot lives in my soul. I love the art, the symbols, the feel of the cards as they shuffle in my hands, even the smell of the card stock. I love the books and descriptions penned by various authors and the way the cards help me to connect with the person across from me. Many times the cards will point out something that needs to be unearthed, something that has been ignored a bit too long and for the growth of the one who is asking, needs to be seen and recognized. Many times the card images evoke a feeling that is hard to define, a more intuitive wind, less easy to explain, not necessarily connected to traditional meanings. Many times during a coaching session, I pull out my decks, many a session has needed to be an intuitive check in, recap and regroup before we can get on to the meat of the matter. Once or twice a year I teach a Tarot class in person in Richmond, VA and that is coming up next week! I will be offering two evenings of intuitive readings as well as two sessions of classes. One a basic (good for beginners and beyond, come with an open mind to learn even if you are a 3rd generation reader.) Call the shop for an appointment (very limited) (804) 320-9200 The second round will be a continuing class. I don’t like calling it advanced, because the techniques will be accessible to beginners as well. We just will be going in a bit deeper and getting more into our innate intuitive abilities and how...
I drew The Tower card: Here’s what happened

I drew The Tower card: Here’s what happened

I drew the Tower card, if you know anything about the Tarot, it is one of the cards that causes fear and dread for some people. It is about sudden change, unexpected disturbances. It usually precedes a chaotic period that tests your tenacity. More about the Tower later, here is my story…   The day before yesterday I wrote about how life throws curve balls, and reflected on how to handle them. Life had thrown a big one at me. A big disappointment and upset in my personal life. This was hard to work through and I was in the midst of a TON of progress on a big program I am getting ready to launch. Life really does work this way, I took time away from my work to heal, but the storm was still at full strength and it was hard to take a break from it. I was basically holding on for dear life as the storm wreaked havoc in my life. The storm had an eye, a moment of calm, but that was short lived, so I held on and waited it out. No choice but to take time for me and to work through this.   Fast forward to yesterday. I was lifting a bag heavy with books and it spilled, so I bent over to put the books back in the bag and I felt an ominous pop in my lower back, then searing, sharp pain. The pain didn’t subside and I couldn’t move at first, then I was able to stagger into the coffee shop to order my daily Americano.  I was pretending...
