Guess what I’m offering again!!!

There is so much activity flurrying in my life and I love it! You know what is said, “if you want something done, give it to a busy person.” Well, that’s me and I’m up for the challenge.   I have opened up my schedule to do readings again. I mostly do wellness, intuitive and life coaching… I LOVE what I do and realized that I am really missing my basic, mystical and helpful readings.   I missed my Tarot. I missed the readings open to anyone who really needs guidance in that way, and people who want to face the things in life holding them back.   Those tough emotions that we don’t want to face hold us back at times and my readings aren’t sugar-coated predictions. Personal vacation, short but sweet.

 I have been putting my focus on school and connection with others, talking, exploring and making new friends. I recently went to the beach so I could renew my spirit, feel the salt air and allow the beach breezes to wash away any residual pain I had hanging around in my life.   The beach has always been a healing place for me, I love to let the waves lap against my feet and feel the sand being pulled back out to sea.   I love to feel the sun on my face, to soak in the vitamin D and bring out my freckles. I feel good as I read whatever I please, not necessarily for school, but things that inspire me, let me escape, teach me all about life-stuff… Nice, relaxing escape. I had to focus on school a bit because I didn’t have a Spring Break like some others had. I had to create my own break and though it was short, I was able to clear some of the downloads that were stuck in my brain and body. Every morning I got to see the beautiful sunrise, and enjoy my coffee on the chilly deck, wrapped in a sweater and blanket.   How about you? What do you love? Finding love and acceptance for your body

Remaining open to the possibilities isn’t always easy. I know that. It’s easy to feel trapped and immovable by your circumstances. I want to assure you that change IS possible, you are able to change your situation by changing your actions in any area of your life.   How you do anything is how you do everything. This is true. If you want to lose weight, try losing resentment and finding forgiveness for another difficult situation in your life. Releasing in one area will release in others. This is true. Try changing the way you look at things.   How can you find love and acceptance for yourself and your body, regardless of shape or size? Try accepting another situation in your life. This will create a pathway for acceptance in all other areas of your life. This is an energetic truth. Sometimes you may need support. Accept support and help, and gifts from others. I know it can be a struggle. Accepting and receiving can be a challenge, but there are people out there who are willing and able to help you. In all areas of your life.   Want to love your body?   Find other ways to love yourself. Write a list of things you appreciate about yourself. Write out everything, even the tiny things or things that are easily taken for granted, like “I am grateful for my feet and legs because I can walk.” To find the beauty in your body, find beauty elsewhere. 13 things you can do when you feel depressed

Do you suffer from depression? I do, and I tell you, it can be a bitch! I’m not talking about having a “bad day” and situational depression, which we all have occasionally. I am talking about when the deep, dark cloud that follows you wherever you go and renders you useless, fatigued, low, and not caring about anything enough to take action. I am a fighter, and I have gotten through many a bout of the lows by burying myself in action and work, but don’t end up cooking, eat on an irregular schedule (and not healthy things) and I I neglect my surroundings by just leaving things around, and not having the order around me that I usually thrive on. For those who suffer from depression, it manifests differently.   I recently came through a particularly difficult bout with these demons as I often do in the winter when the sun is farther away and it is overcast for days on end. I did get work done and I was able to get by and serve my current clients pretty well. I was able to take care of others, but let myself go in many ways. I kept forgetting to eat, therefore had a very irregular schedule in both work and food (I usually thrive on schedule.) I stopped my workouts, which are one of my favorite things, noticed that I was gaining a bit of weight and though I suspected it was because of my irregular eating and poor choices (I am usually more of a health nut) when it was really because of something deeper.  ...
